Today, I’m part of the Pedersen & Partners family, a leading International Executive search firm.
Before joining Pedersen & Partners, I worked for Microsoft as an HR Director, primarily focusing on talent development, building strong leadership forms and delivering management excellence within our teams. Prior to Microsoft, I had the good fortune to be part of the Studio Moderna team, where I was primarily acting as an HR business partner to senior Executives.
Before that I had the opportunity to get a flavour of other industries such as banking, where my professional career started, enabling me to acquire the professional stance I have today. From banking I went to the hospitality industry, acting as HR manager in the International hotel. There’s no better way to learn how to deliver outstanding personal services to your clients.
During these years, I successfully supported senior International teams and individuals, helping them grow in their career.
Within my career, I have successfully placed executives of various levels & other professionals in industries such as IT, banking, pharmaceutical, hospitality, manufacturing and retail.
I’m passionate about what I do and eager to accept new challenges. If I needed to write just one word to describe me, I would choose Integrity. I would never sell myself or what I believe in.
Education:
I hold a B.A. degree in Sociology – Human Resources; (un)fortunately I didn’t finish my Master studies in Human Resources at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences.
Languages:
In addition to my native Slovene, I can speak fluent English, Croatian and Serbian, have a good knowledge of German and I can articulate in simple Italian and Czech.
